Responsibilities Set up and skillfully operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications. Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to guide the machining process and ensure accurate outcomes. Diligently monitor machine operations, proactively identifying deviations and ensuring consistent quality and optimal efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational readiness. Collaborate effectively with team members to refine production processes, contributing to continuous improvement and enhanced output. Adhere to strict safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Meticulously document production data, promptly reporting any discrepancies or anomalies to maintain accurate records. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in machining is highly valued. Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or in a comparable role. Proficiency in interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and engineering drawings. Solid understanding of CNC programming principles and operational procedures. Preferred Skills Familiarity with a diverse range of machining tools and equipment.
