We work with a wide range of materials including steel, aluminum, stainless, titanium, plastics, and more, producing high-quality parts from print to finished product. We are looking to add one dependable, motivated team member to our shop. What You'll Do Depending on your experience level, you will:

• Operate and learn manual and CNC machinery (mills, lathes, grinders)
• Read and work from blueprints and part drawings
• Set up and machine precision components
• Assist with finishing, inspection, and basic shop tasks
• Occasionally pick up or deliver parts locally What We're Looking For We are open to training the right person, but mechanical aptitude and work ethic matter most. Desired Qualifications (not required):
• Previous machining or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with CNC or manual equipment
• Ability to read blueprints or use measuring tools

Required Qualifications:

• Reliable and shows up on time, every day

• CNC milling & turning
• Manual machining
• Grinding and finishing
• Setup and part production from prints You'll gain experience working with a wide range of materials and jobs, from one-off parts to short production runs. Schedule
• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• No nights, weekends, or holidays Pay
• Minimum starting pay of $17/hr
• Based on experience
