In this role, you will be responsible for operating, and maintaining various CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machining equipment in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Operate CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC machining centers according to technical drawings and specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to ensure accurate fabrication. Operate auxiliary manufacturing equipment (Deburring Tools) Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform regular maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Handle materials with care using forklifts or other materials handling equipment when necessary for loading or unloading raw materials or finished parts. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Maintain detailed documentation of production runs, quality checks, and maintenance activities. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with HAAS or Fanuc controls systems used in CNC operations. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T specifications, and CAD files accurately. Mechanical aptitude. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and other quality control tools. Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings. Ability to operate forklift trucks safely; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of factory safety protocols and experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot machine issues quickly. Join us in creating high-quality products through precision machining!
