CNC Mill Operator

Now Hiring CNC Mill Operator Location:

Wilmington, OH Pay Rate:

$21.00 per hour

Shift:

6 AM - 2:30 PM + Overtime Master of the Machines. Keep 'Em Running, Keep the Pay Coming Think you can handle the controls? This Machine Operator job gives you the chance to run the line, solve problems, and earn paychecks that keep stacking. What It Takes High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC mill setup experience preferred Manual machining experience is a plus Ability to read and interpret written instructions and technical documents Basic math skills including fractions and decimals Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed Daily Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machining equipment Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and equipment performance Inspect machined parts using measuring tools and document quality checks Adjust machine settings and replace worn tooling as needed Control coolant flow and maintain safe machine operation Load and unload CNC programs on applicable machines Tooling changes Quality documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Support production goals and perform additional duties as assigned
