Job Summary:

• As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines according to specifications. This hands-on role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Machine Operation:

Set up and operate CNC machinery based on work instructions and engineering specifications. Perform tool changes, fixture installation, and alignment to ensure proper setup.

Quality Control:

Inspect first-run parts and conduct in-process quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Make adjustments to maintain specifications and resolve any deviations.

Program Adjustments:

Load and modify CNC programs as necessary to optimize machining operations. Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine errors or malfunctions.

Maintenance:

Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn tools. Notify maintenance personnel of any mechanical issues requiring advanced repairs.

Documentation and Reporting:

Complete production logs, inspection records, and other necessary documentation accurately. Report production issues or quality concerns to supervisors. •
