Full Time Overview:

As a CNC Machinist at Hi-Tec Industries OK LLC, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our CNC machines to produce high-quality metal parts, tools, and molds. You will be responsible for programming, set up, and troubleshooting of the machines to ensure efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine proper machining techniques and specifications. Perform complex programming, set up, and operation of CNC machines. Select appropriate cutting tools and materials to produce high-quality parts. Monitor machines during production to ensure they are functioning properly. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition. Continuously improve skills and keep up-to-date with new technologies in the field. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Fulfill other job duties as requested by immediate supervisor or management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Certificate or associate degree in CNC machining or related field preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience in CNC machining. Strong knowledge of G-code programming, tooling, and fixturing techniques. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CNC programs preferred, but not required. Basic computer skills preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
