CNC Operator

  • Level 2 (Night Shift)
  • Must-Have Requirements Previous CNC machine operation experience (Level 2 required) Ability to operate CNC mills and/or lathes independently Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Reliable attendance and ability to work night shift independently Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs CNC Operator•Level 2 (Night Shift)•Position Summary Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts per work instructions Support night shift production by keeping machines running efficiently and safely Ensure parts meet blueprint specifications through in-process inspections Maintain consistent production output with a focus on quality and accuracy CNC Operator•Level 2 (Night Shift)•Essential Duties & Responsibilities Load and unload parts and operate CNC mills and/or lathes Start, monitor, and support machine cycles during production runs Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Verify finished parts meet blueprint specifications and quality standards Change tools and offsets as directed (no full setups required) Maintain accurate production counts and basic documentation Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company standards Communicate production issues to supervisors when needed Perform additional duties as assigned CNC Operator•Level 2 (Night Shift)•Additional Qualifications Experience in high-volume CNC production environments preferred Familiarity with tight-tolerance machining is a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability Manufacturing or machining background preferred Strong reliability and ability to work independently on night shift #
