CNC Drill Operator Pay:
$25.00 $30.00 per hour (DOE)

Sapulpa, OK 74066
Shift:
Monday Friday | 6: 00 AM 4: 30
PM Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire Position Overview The CNC Drill Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC drilling equipment to produce precision components. This CNC Drill Operator role ensures accuracy, quality, and efficiency while supporting production operations. The ideal CNC Drill Operator is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in CNC machining processes. Required Experience & Skills Experience operating CNC drilling or machining equipment Basic understanding of G-code or CNC control systems Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job travelers Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC drilling machines per work orders Load and run CNC programs;make offsets and adjustments as needed Select and install tooling, drill bits, and fixtures Secure and align workpieces prior to machining Monitor operations to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools Perform minor troubleshooting and report equipment issues Maintain coolant levels and apply cutting fluids Complete production logs and inspection documentation Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and LOTO Preferred Qualifications Technical or vocational training in CNC machining Experience with CNC milling or multi-axis machines Knowledge of ISO or quality control standards Experience in high-volume or precision manufacturing environments Work Environment Manufacturing or machining shop environment Exposure to noise, machine movement, coolants, and metal chips PPE required including safety glasses, steel-toe boots, and hearing protection Job
