Daily Workflow:

» Set up CNC mills, lathes, or multi axis machines following work orders and engineering specifications » Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs at the machine (Fanuc, Haas, or similar controllers) » Select proper tooling, fixtures, speeds/feeds, and offsets for each job » Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and GD& T » Perform first article inspections and verify dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools » Monitor machines during operation to detect issues with tool wear, program errors, or material inconsistencies » Adjust programs or setup parameters as needed to maintain part quality and efficiency » Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards » Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to optimize processes » Document production data, material usage, and quality checks as required

We're Seeking:

» 2+ years of CNC machining experience with demonstrated set up and programming skills » Multi axis (3 axis) machining knowledge required » Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and controller-specific programming » Ability to interpret technical drawings and tolerances » Proficient with precision measurement tools » Familiarity with machining materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel » Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods » Excellent troubleshooting, attention to detail, and safety awareness
