ENTRY LEVEL CNC OPERATOR / FINISHER

We are a socially and environmentally minded company, and we take pride in every part we make—produced under one roof right here in Portland. We are looking for individuals who are excited to learn manufacturing. This is an entry-level CNC Operator role in a fast‑paced production environment. No prior experience is required —we provide full internal training and welcome applicants who want to build a long-term career in manufacturing. You will learn CNC machine operation as well as finishing processes and other production tasks as needed. What We Look For in Applicants 1. Interest in Manufacturing You don't need a mechanical background—just curiosity and a desire to learn CNC machining and production work. Position Responsibilities Operate CNC machines in a high‑volume production environment Use precision measuring tools to hold tight tolerances of 0.001" or better Deburr and finish parts to meet cosmetic and quality standards Complete daily paperwork and maintain accurate production documentation Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Rotate through finishing and other production tasks as needed Schedule & Work Environment 4x10 schedule — Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM No mandatory overtime No second or third shift Clean, organized production floor with supportive team culture Benefits Full benefits package Stable schedule with three‑day weekends Training, mentorship, and long‑term growth opportunities Additional Information Employment is contingent upon passing a drug screen within 30 days of your first day.
