  • Supervisor and manage others to work as a Team
  • Precision and accuracy needed
  • Knowledge of speed, feeds rates
  • Ability to preform routine maintenance.
  • Need excellent time management skills
  • Background in field required
  • Work well with others, especially Engineers sending pre-written code to the machine
  • Coordinate work leading into a shop production environment
  • Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds
  • Knowledge of materials: plywoods, MDF, particleboard, laminates
  • Must have driver's license and own form of a reliable form of transportation
