Job Description

Summary:
Viking Tool & Gage, Inc. is one of the largest metal fabricators in Western PA and we are looking to hire an individual who will have prior experience in programming, set up and operation of CNC Mills. Experience with Gibbs CAM and Mori and/or Doosan controls a bonus.

Able to work in a fast pace environment. Demonstrate ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Job Description:
Set up and operate CNC horizontal mills to manufacture quality parts Maintain production levels. Perform machining operations on tool steels, aluminum, steel, and other materials. Work with precision tools to perform machining operations. Perform routine maintenance. Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety guidelines. Work overtime as required. Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and understand basic math concepts. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to perform machine setup and operation as well as maintain a high level of production standards in the department.
Pay Rate:
Based on experience. New Hire Bonus
  • $250 at 6 months, $500 at 1 year.
Benefits start the 1st of the month after 60-day probation period!
