Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Adjust machine settings and tooling for accuracy and quality Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot and correct machining issues as needed Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to maintenance/supervisor
