CNC Machine Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have no experience in this field we will train the right person on the job. Duties Operate CNC machines, ensuring they are set up correctly and functioning efficiently. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers to verify dimensions of finished products. Assemble components as required, ensuring quality standards are met. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow. Interpret GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) specifications for accurate machining. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling requirements. Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings. Knowledge of GD&T principles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
