CNC Milling Operator

Exciting opportunity for a CNC Milling Operator and a great benefits package! A well‑established steel service company in Zelienople, PA is hiring CNC Milling Operators to run CNC milling equipment, program tooling, and produce precision‑cut steel components.

LOCATION

Zelienople, PA PAY:

$22-$25/hr (based on experience)

SHIFTS AVAILABLE

• 1st: 7:00 AM-3:15 PM
• 2nd: 3:00 PM-11:15 PM
• 3rd: 11:00 PM-7:15

• Program tooling using CAM software
• Operate CNC milling machine via computer panel
• Verify measurements and quality specifications
• Document job and quality information (paper & computer)
• Read work instructions and follow production requirements
• Maintain clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as needed Physical Requirements
• Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs (more with assistance)
• Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures

Use of PPE:

gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, steel‑toed boots Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year CNC machining experience (steel service center preferred)
• Knowledge of fixtures
• Familiarity with G‑ and M‑Codes
• Ability to operate required machinery and tools
