CNC Operator Pay rate: $22.25-Raise every 3 months for 12 months to the rate of $26.50hr

Training Shift:

90 day training on 1st shift

Regular Shift:

Afternoon 3:00pm-11:30pm

In this role, you will operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality components according to technical specifications. Responsibilities include interpreting work orders and drawings, setting up machines, and performing measurements to ensure parts meet quality standards. This position offers a solid opportunity to utilize and develop your skills within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts per specifications Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and CNC programs Set up and load materials into the CNC machines Measure finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC machines Ability to read technical drawings and work orders Proficiency with measurement tools and quality checks Attention to detail and a commitment to safety Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

Experience with CNC setup and programming is a plus but not required Background in manufacturing or metalworking industries

Pay & Raise Schedule:

Starting $22.25hr 1st raise: $23.30hr

• 9 months 4th raise: $26.50hr
