Coiling Machine Operator

Now hiring Coiling Machine Operators for a company in McKees Rocks. Weekly pay ranging between $18 - $23 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Set up, program, operate, and tear down CNC coiling machines to produce precision coil components in accordance with specifications. Load raw materials, adjust tooling, and verify machine settings prior to production runs. Monitor machine operation during production to ensure consistent quality and make necessary adjustments as required. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and optical inspection equipment to verify dimensional accuracy and quality compliance. Document inspection results and production data in accordance with company procedures. Identify defects, out-of-tolerance conditions, or process issues and take corrective action or notify supervision as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience with CNC or Coiling machinery is preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Applicants must have their own transportation and submit a resume.
