Our creations enable our work to stand above other manufacturers. Job Overview L&H Companies is experiencing growth and is seeking a full-time CNC Router/Water Jet Operator to join our team. Primary duties and qualifications include but are not limited to: Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment. (WPO) Working knowledge of various materials such as Aluminum, Poly Carb, Acrylic, etc. Set-Up and run Multicam routers and Flow water jet machinery. Blueprint interpretation skills a must. (SolidWorks and Corel Draw preferred) Perform quality checks as needed. Ensure parts are to print specifications. Perform daily, weekly, monthly maintenance task specified on the checklist. Perform required transactions in KeyedIn and Power Apps. Adhere to attendance and punctuality policies as documented in the employee handbook. Perform additional duties as required Desired Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills. Minimum of 3 years of CNC machinery operation. Requires strong problem-solving skills and extraordinary attention to detail. Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures. Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Must be willing and able to work outside of regular business hours if/when needed. Focus on Safety, Quality, and Production.
