CNC Machine Operator

Job Title:

CNC Machine Operator Job Description The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for loading, setting up, programming, and operating CNC burn table and angle master fabrication machinery. The role also involves safely operating cranes and forklifts, and using additional CNC machines as needed. The operator will perform measurements, inspections, and work off of blueprints. Shift and Pay Working Hours are Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm with OT normally running until 12 midnight

• some OT hours on Saturdays may be required as well when very busy Train for 1-2 weeks on1st Shift
• Mon-Fri 5am-2:30pm with extended OT to 3:30pm Additional OT on Saturdays 5am-10pm

• 24/hr Responsibilities Load, set up, program, and operate CNC burn table and angle master fabrication machinery.

Operate CNC Angle Master, CNC Iron Worker, Metal Saw, CNC Brake Press, CNC Burn Table, and CNC Punch Press. Set up machines, learn to program them, and run the parts. Perform measurements and inspections based on blueprints. Utilize overhead crane and heavy forklift to move materials and load machinery. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation in metal manufacturing. Ability to use tape measure accurately. Proficiency in CNC fabrication, saw operation, press, punch, brake, blueprint reading, tool handling, and welding. Mechanically inclined with strong measuring skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and access machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Trainable with computer software for programming. Capability to work with CNC machines and computer programming. Safety is prioritized throughout the facility, supporting the structural department. Equipment ranges from new to old, with overhead cranes throughout the structure. Employees will have their own welding station and must wear steel toe boots and safety glasses. They are expected to own their tools. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
