CNC Operator

This is an in-person, on-site position. Remote work is not offered. Growing Aerospace Manufacturer seeking energetic person in a rapidly growing company. Position requires that you have the experience & skill to plan and enter programs into CNC equipment as per specifications. Produce production parts and make in-house tooling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce production parts and make in-house tooling utilizing 3-axis and 5-axis routers.
• Confer with programmers to resolve machine malfunctions or production errors or to obtain approval to continue production
• Monitor machine operation and control displays
• Adjust machine feed and speed, and change cutting tools as necessary
• Assure work area is clean and organized
• Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Follow safety rules at all times

Skill Requirements:

• Ability to read blueprints
• Use of precision measuring devices to ensure conformance of parts to specification
• Ability to run 3 axis (MultiCam Router) and 5 axis (DMS Router) machines
• Use of Solid Works, Visual Mill, and NX software.
• Work with composite materials and aluminum

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to follow policy and procedure
• Team player; willing to work with others
• Able to work 6am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, and overtime as required

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$17.50 - $23.00 per hour
