Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team and produce high-quality machined parts using advanced CNC technology. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this opportunity is for you! Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator Produce quality machined parts using CNC milling machines, lathes, twin turret machines, or Swiss-type machines. Load parts, operate machine controls, set offsets, perform simple program edits, change tooling, and deburr parts under the direction of a supervisor or designated team member. Complete secondary operations as required and measure and inspect parts using hand measuring instruments. Read and follow all written operating and inspection instructions specific to assigned jobs. Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings related to assigned work. Report quality concerns, safety issues, equipment malfunctions, or other operational problems to the department manager and/or supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and keep equipment properly maintained. Communicate with department managers, supervisors, engineers, quality personnel, and team members to coordinate assignments and resolve machining or quality issues. Follow all company rules, safety procedures, ISO quality standards, and related procedures. Requirements of the CNC Machine Operator Ability to effectively communicate and understand job instructions verbally and in writing in English. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to safely operate CNC milling machines, lathes, or Swiss-type machines independently. Strong organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to maintain workflow. Ability to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, and perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to meet or exceed company attendance and punctuality standards. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members. High School diploma or GED preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
