Job Description

Randstad is seeking novice, intermediate, and experienced CNC Milling Operators for the Greater Warwick Area. The candidates will have at least 1 year of experience performing material setting, monitoring, tending, and machine operation.
Candidate skills required are:
material setup per Work Order Specs, Blueprint Reading, Speed/Feed rates, Measuring Devices, Math and Calculation, and In Process and Final Inspection. If you are a CNC Milling Operator at any skill level with at least 1 year of experience, then this is an opportunity for you! This is a Permanent Placement Position!
Pay Rate:
$40,000
  • $46,000
Hours:
Monday through Thursday 6:00AM
  • 4:00
PM Long Weekend:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday Off! (OT or make up hours are available on Fridays)

  • 1 year plus of CNC Milling Experience (Operation, materials, basic set up, inspect)
  • Material setting and operate CNC Milling
  • with minimal supervision.
  • Make machine adjustments as required to maintain print specifications
  • Maintain proper documentation of data and collaborate with management staff and supervisor
  • Inspect faces and diameters using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
  • Load and unload machines as per the cycle time noted
  • Determine when tools need replacement
  • Inspect or measure work pieces to determine conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as gauges or micrometers.
  • Observe machine operations to detect any problems, making necessary adjustments to correct problems.
