Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented CNC Machine Technicians to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to ensure precise and efficient production. Your expertise will help drive quality manufacturing processes, optimize machine performance, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Duties Operate a range of CNC equipment including milling machines, lathes to produce high-quality components. Perform routine setup, calibration, and adjustments on CNC machinery to meet production specifications. Conduct inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify part dimensions and quality standards. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with CNC equipment, Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation systems to minimize downtime. Maintain detailed documentation of machine performance, maintenance activities, and quality control checks. Assist with materials handling, tooling setup, assembly line support, and warehouse operations as needed to support overall manufacturing efficiency. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with hands-on knowledge of CNC machining processes. Familiarity with CNC programming languages and software Strong understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), mechanical principles, and fabrication techniques. Experience operating various machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and hand tools. Ability to use precision measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers accurately for quality control purposes. Knowledge of safety procedures related to machining operations including forklift operation and materials handling protocols. Basic math skills necessary for calculating measurements and machine settings; factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred. Pay:
$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
