Position Title:
CNC Operater Location:
Wellford, South Carolina Position Overview As a CNC Machine Operator, you will set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires prior CNC experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain quality and efficiency in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently operate CNC milling machines Assist with machine setups, including loading tools and fixtures and touching off tools Produce parts according to specifications and blueprints Maintain strong attention to quality and production efficiency Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy Perform daily preventative maintenance (PM) on machines Clean and maintain all machines Maintain a clean and organized workstation at the end of each shift Report defective tools or equipment to the CNC Supervisor Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Operate forklift safely as trained Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of CNC experience required Experience operating CNC milling machines such as HAAS, OKK, or similar preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and quality standards Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently Commitment to safety and housekeeping standards Why Apply?
