Come help us build the Arsenal of Freedom!CNC Operator Responsibilities:
(EXPERIENCERUNNING DOOSAN, HWACHEON, CITIZEN, FANUC CONTROLS PREFERRED
) Operate CNC machines while following instructions on a job traveler for different operations on various parts and jobs for the aerospace and defense industries. Load tooling and fixturing per lead direction Interpret and understand drawings and schematics to produce the highest quality parts with incredibly tight tolerances. Measure parts and make offsets to machine or parts as needed to achieve perfect parts. Complete necessary First Article Inspections and "In-Process" checks (recording measured dimensions as required). Communicate with management and quality control about issues/problems with parts or equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. We are an ITAR regulated facility, must be authorized to work in the US and able to complete an I9 form 3 years' experience as a CNC Machine Operator. Ability to translate mechanical documents and engineering drawings. Great attention to detail, passion for quality with a goal-driven attitude. Strong comprehension and analytical abilities. Good computer and mathematical skills. Proficient in using measurement tools (micrometers, calipers. Etc.)General:
We are looking for someone who has experience with operating CNC equipment, that has the drive to learn how to set up and program. They would come in and learn how we operate and run machines, once both the employee and company are comfortable with knowledge proficiency Merit would train in on setting up the machines. This is a great opportunity for anyone wanting to take their CNC operating to the next level. Hours 6:00-4:30 Mon-Thurs, overtime as needed. Pay $22-28 hour DOQ.
