Non-exempt Schedule:

10-hour shift, Monday - Thursday. Overtime as assigned.

Job summary:

This position will operate and maintain CNC/mills which grind materials to build steel frames. Load mill, running the mill, obtaining required fineness, discharging contents, and maintaining productions records. Performs work by following company's operating standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Translates the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production. Performs proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be used on projects. Operates machine to allow modeling in complex forms and trimming pieces of several pieces such as metal composites for processing residues. Follows all company safety protocol. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:

Able to read blueprints or CAD designs to set your milling machine Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical requirements:

Standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift-up to 50-60 lbs. with help. EOE Equal Opportunity Employer #hc105993
