Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Lathe Operator Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in CNC programming, tooling, and measurement will drive efficiency and accuracy in our machining processes. Clinic program for primary care 401k match Responsibilities Develop and modify CNC lathe programs using CAM software, ensuring optimal machining processes and adherence to engineering specifications. Set up CNC lathe machines, including installing tooling, fixtures, and workpieces according to blueprints and schematics. Operate CNC lathes with precision, monitoring machining operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to ensure accurate manufacturing. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize machining processes and implement lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement. Skills Proficiency in CNC programming
HAAS CNC
lathes Experience with CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) programming Fusion 360 Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and GD&T standards for precise manufacturing. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tooling selection Familiarity with precision measuring instruments including bore gauges, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, Ability to interpret schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately. Strong math skills related to geometry, tolerances, and measurements necessary for high-quality machining. $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
