Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Operator Level II to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, set up, and maintain advanced CNC machinery to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in tooling, and machine operation will ensure efficient production workflows and high-quality outputs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced environment dedicated to manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Operate a variety of CNC machines including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and manufacturing specifications to ensure accurate fabrication. Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts to facilitate smooth production flow. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of CNC equipment to minimize downtime and maintain high standards of quality. Conduct quality control inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery including CNC milling machines and CNC lathes within a manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Knowledge of safety protocols related to machining operations and materials handling procedures.
