CNC Operator Requirements:

What It Takes to Get on the Floor High school diploma or GED 1-3 years of industrial or CNC experience preferred Ability to read measurements and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and safety awareness What You'll Be Doing Every Shift Operate machines such as CNC equipment, lathes, drill presses, and saws Read and follow job specifications and blueprints Set machine stops, guides, and measurements accurately Load materials and monitor machine performance Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from parts Ensure parts meet quality and production standards "Every time I work, I see growth•it helps the company grow and helps my family grow.
