CNC LASER OPERATOR
Cleburne, Texas Monday- Friday 6:00 am

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting equipment to produce quality parts according to specifications. Load and run programs on Mazak laser machines while ensuring optimal machine performance. Utilize Radan nesting software to maximize material usage and minimize waste. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments. Verify dimensions, tolerances, and product quality throughout the production process. Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to meet production goals.JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2 years of CNC laser operation experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating Mazak laser cutting machines required. Proficiency with Radan nesting software or similar CAD/CAM nesting programs. Strong understanding of engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Skilled in the use of precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and laser gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve minor operational issues. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds. Forklift and material-handling experience preferred.Pay:
