Approximately 4-6 weeks After training, employees will transition to 2nd Shift 3pm-11pm Job Summary Level Up Sourcing is seeking dependable and motivated CNC Operators for a manufacturing facility in Arlington, Texas. Candidates will train on 1st shift for approximately 4-6 weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift upon successful completion of training. The ideal candidate will be able to set up, operate, and monitor computer-controlled machines such as CNC lathes, mills, and routers used to produce precision metal or plastic parts. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production specifications Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency Operate computer-controlled equipment including lathes, mills, and routers Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measuring tools Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances Make basic machine adjustments as needed during production Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and production requirements Qualifications Previous CNC or machine operating experience preferred Experience with CNC lathes, mills, routers, or similar equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required Ability to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift after training
