Schedule:

Monday•Friday | 7:00 AM•4:00 PM Full-Time | Immediate Opening We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Lathe Operator / Machinist to support production operations. This role involves setting up and operating manual or CNC lathe machines while ensuring precision and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC lathe machines Perform turning, boring, threading, and facing operations Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files Download, edit, and run CNC programs (G-code, MDI mode) Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ensure parts meet required tolerances and quality standards Select, align, and change cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of CNC or machining experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with CNC programming and machine setup Strong attention to detail and precision Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of machining tools and equipment
