Voortman V807 Robotic Operator Night Shift

Position Summary We're looking for an experienced operator to run our Voortman V807 robotic processing machine on night shift. This role is responsible for processing structural steel using automated plasma cutting, coping, drilling, and marking in a high-production environment.

PM Shift Length:

10 hours Overtime as needed What You'll Do Operate Voortman V807 robotic machine to cut, cope, drill, and mark steel Read blueprints, shop drawings, and CNC files for setup Load/unload material using overhead cranes or forklifts Monitor machine performance and adjust for quality and efficiency Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and tolerances Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements What We're Looking For Experience operating Voortman V807 or similar robotic/CNC equipment strongly preferred At least 2 years experience with CNC plasma or beam processing equipment required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately required Structural steel fabrication experience preferred Crane and forklift experience a plus Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude Comfortable working with automated/robotic systems Why Ennis Steel?
