Job Description

We are seeking a reliable CNC Machine Operator for our night shift team. This role is responsible for operating CNC mills and/or lathes, loading materials, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring parts meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines (mills and/or lathes) Load/unload materials and parts Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain production efficiency and quality standards Follow safety procedures and work instructions Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
1+ year CNC or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions Familiarity with measuring instruments Strong attention to detail and reliability • Ability to work overnight/extended hours as needed
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
