We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machinist Operator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CNC machinery, precision measurement tools, and the ability to maintain high-quality production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to perform precision machining operations Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality of parts Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining/operator experience Strong knowledge of CNC controls, tooling, and machining processes Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Experience with precision measuring instruments

Preferred Qualifications:
