In this energetic role, you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot advanced CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines during night shifts, ensuring top-quality output and efficient production flow. Your mechanical expertise and attention to detail will drive success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and schematics to ensure accurate machining. Conduct quality control checks utilizing calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, and other tools to verify dimensions and tolerances meet specifications. Maintain machine performance through routine inspections, troubleshooting issues with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and tooling adjustments. Handle materials safely within the manufacturing facility Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC grinders in a manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with Fanuc controls, PLC systems, CAM programming, and SolidWorks or CAD software is highly desirable. Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers confidently for quality assurance. Prior factory experience working on assembly lines or in materials handling roles within a manufacturing facility. Basic math skills necessary for machine setup and measurement calculations. Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced environment with safety as a top priority. Valid forklift certification is a plus; willingness to learn warehouse operations if needed.
