Serving several markets such as Bass Boats, Center Console, and Power boats. Llebroc works with leading boat manufacturers both in the US and abroad and continues to see record growth. Position Summary The Plastics CNC Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines used to cut, shape, and fabricate plastic materials. This role ensures production efficiency, quality standards, and adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to cut and shape plastic components according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Load raw plastic materials and ensure proper machine alignment and calibration Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or irregularities Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and tolerances Measure and verify dimensions using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and product quality Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all company safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred (plastics experience a plus) Basic understanding of CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a plus) Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, decimals) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, machinery) Work Environment Warehouse / manufacturing setting Exposure to moving machinery and production equipment May require overtime and weekend work based on production needs
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
