Responsibilities:

Set up and operate a variety of equipment, including laser cutting machines, thermoforms, and press brakes Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Read and follow work instructions, blues, or specifications Perform basic troubleshooting and report any mechanical issues Support material handling, including loading and unloading products Ensure finished parts meet quality standards Assist in keeping the production area clean, safe, andanized

Requirements:

3+ years of experience operating manufacturing machinery Hands-on approach with the flexibility to support production needs, including machine operation, layout, and material movement Experience programming CNC mills and lathes (Haas and Leadwell preferred) Ability to support machine setups and contribute to improving run time efficiency Willingness to assist with shop scheduling, including machine allocation and production timing Openness to learning and programming additional machines with provided training Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed We have opportunities available on a variety of schedules and we can discuss those further into the recruiting process

Pay Details:
