Job Description

CNC Lathe Operator /
CNC Mill Operator Position Overview:
We are hiring CNC Lathe and CNC Mill Operators with at least 5 years of experience. This is an operator-level position for individuals who can run parts independently, check their own work, and make basic offsets as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC lathes or mills Load and unload parts Make basic offsets and tool wear adjustments Read blueprints and follow work instructions Perform in-process inspections (calipers, micrometers, gages) Maintain part quality and consistency Keep work area clean and safe
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience Ability to read blueprints Experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gages) Basic understanding of offset and tool adjustments Reliable and able to work independently Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Skills:
Some setup and program edit experience Experience with tight tolerances Experience with stainless or alloy materials
