Job Description

CNC Machine Operator About Hollman Hollman is the world's largest manufacturer of wood and laminate lockers, proudly serving customers worldwide. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility utilizes advanced computer-controlled equipment to deliver exceptional quality and precision in every product. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator in Wood Products to join our team. The ideal candidate is resourceful, motivated, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to machine materials by engineered specifications and job orders. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job tickets to determine dimensions and cutting parameters. Configure, calibrate, and manage feeds and speeds to ensure accurate and efficient production. Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and performance standards. Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality. Maintain accurate production and quality logs, including machine actions and performance data. Verify that finished components meet required qty and quality expectations. Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations. Qualifications Entry level is acceptable for training purposes. Experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certification preferred. Strong understanding of CNC machine operation, tooling, and setup. Proficient in MPR programming and G Code machining technology (preferred). Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Comfortable working overtime and weekends as required. Reliable, punctual, and proactive work ethic. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with variable temperatures.
