Full Job Description Job Position:
CNC Machine Operator Location:
Irving, TX 75061
Pay Rate:
$17.00 to start; $1 increase when you go to 2nd shift
Shift:
2nd 4pm to midnight (will train on 1st 8am to 5pm) Please note: All selected candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. This position is not on the bus line
Must Haves:
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, software, and process-related issues on CNC drilling and routing equipment. Strong understanding of coordinate systems and their application in CNC operations. Excellent computer skills, including experience with: Machine control interfaces CAM software File management Basic data entry Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges. Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including Gerber files, blueprints, and work instructions. Basic understanding of printed circuit board (PCB) materials and manufacturing processes. Strong mathematical aptitude, including geometry and basic algebra. Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and best practices. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Ability to stand for the duration of a full shift and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work overtime as business needs require. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required. We accept walk-in applicants Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Please bring two forms of identification and come dressed for an interview. Due to limited office space, we ask that all applicants come alone and do not bring children.
