- Utilize or gain ability to safely use CNC router and CNC edgebander machinery.
- Utilize or gain ability to read CNC output sheets and cabinet construction plans.
- Utilize or gain ability to drive a forklift and receive material deliveries.
- Utilize or gain carpentry experience and experience with applicable millwork power tools.
- Ability and willingness to also gain experience as cabinet/millwork installer helper and build commercial/frameless cabinets.
- Capability or willingness to learn how to read architectural plans and focus on those aspects that directly impact millwork requirements.
- Must be fluent and literate in English.
- Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid Texas Driver's License and be insurable (will be added to company's auto insurance policy).
