Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis machines) (FANUC

) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Load programs, adjust offsets, and monitor machine performance Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Document production data and report issues to supervisors Collaborate with engineering and quality teams as needed Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience required Ability to read blueprints and GD&T Experience with precision measuring instruments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills CNC setup experience Tooling selection and changeovers Experience with multi-axis machining Lean manufacturing or ISO experience Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Overtime opportunities Quarterly Bonus opportunities
