CNC Beam Welder Operator

We are a Pre engineered metal building and steel fabrication shop specializing in pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel. We run automated welding equipment to produce structural members at volume — rafters, columns, and beams. We're hiring an experienced welder ready to transition into machine operation. Full training provided on our equipment. We need solid welding fundamentals and the mechanical aptitude to run a precision machine. standards Perform consumable changeovers and routine machine maintenance Identify and report equipment issues or quality deviations Coordinate with fitters and shop leads to meet production targets What We're Looking For Experienced welder — FCAW, GMAW, or SAW background preferred Ability to read weld symbols and structural shop drawings Mechanical aptitude — comfortable around automated equipment Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player
