Workers in this role keep production flowing by loading parts, operating secondary tools, and learning advanced machining under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Material Management:
Transporting, staging, and tracking raw materials and finished parts across the shop floor.
Machine Tending:
Loading and unloading parts into the CNC. As you gain experience, you may perform basic setups or operate secondary equipment.
Quality Control:
Inspecting finished components using precision hand tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators).
Machine Maintenance:
Keeping the workspace clean, organizing tooling, and reporting maintenance issues.
Cross-Training:
Working closely with experienced CNC Machinists to learn how to edit programs and set up new jobs. Handle materials appropriately and safely. Clean and Climate Controlled. Machinery to be
HAAS CNC
Machines. Very clean shop . MUST be dependable . 1st shift 5:00am to 1:30 +/- ; Overtime expected depending on the project. No Experience is needed : Up to $20 / hour
