CNC Set Up Operator Location:

Richardson, TX (Day Shift, 40 hours/week)

Direct Hire Overview:

Seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Operator to support our CNC Programming Team by preparing and configuring CNC machines for production.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with CNC Programmers to understand setup requirements. Load programs and configure Horizontal, Vertical, and 5-Axis machines. Set up and secure materials for accurate machining. Troubleshoot setup issues and ensure machines are production-ready. Perform pre-production checks and monitor initial runs for quality. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience setting up and operating Horizontal, Vertical, and 5-Axis CNC machines. Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specs. Strong troubleshooting and precision-focused skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible for night shift and limited overtime. #
