FRIDAY - SUNDAY, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PMJOB SUUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, particularly within the semiconductor industry. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and precise production of components that meet our customer's exact specifications.KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials.
- Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards.
- Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components with tight tolerances.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Minimizes waste in materials, manpower, equipment and other resources.
- Complete quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hich school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Inputting critical part information in the
STMW ERP
system.- Continuous improvement and process development.
- Perform in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing business.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment.
- Apply a get-it-done and get-it-done right mindset coupled with attention to detail.
- Apply proactive and reactive problem-solving skills.
