    WEEKEND SHIFT
    FRIDAY - SUNDAY, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
    JOB SUUMMARY
    We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating CNC machines, particularly within the semiconductor industry. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and precise production of components that meet our customer's exact specifications.
    KEY RESPONSIBLIITIES
    • Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and materials.
    • Adjust machine settings to the desired product specifications.
    • Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards.
    • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components with tight tolerances.
    • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
    • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
    • Troubleshoot issues with machines and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
    • Minimizes waste in materials, manpower, equipment and other resources.
    • Complete quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Hich school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining is preferred.
    • Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Inputting critical part information in the
    STMW ERP
    system.
    • Continuous improvement and process development.
    • Perform in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing business.
    • Work in a multi-disciplinary, team-oriented environment.
    • Apply a get-it-done and get-it-done right mindset coupled with attention to detail.
    • Apply proactive and reactive problem-solving skills.
    • Quickly understand new technology areas and manage and adapt to rapidly changing customer needs.
    • Ability to follow precise directions and work independently while sticking to deadlines.
    • Stay current in technology advancements and embrace growth opportunities.
    • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
