Job Description

Spray Force International has been producing the world's leading Drywall, Stucco and Plaster pumps for the last 58 years! We are in search of a CNC Machine operator who will work directly with our Head Machinist. ```Job Overview``` We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will report directly to the our head machinist. ```Responsibilities```
  • Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
  • Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the production process
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed (head machinist will assist/ oversee)
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production (head machinist will assist/oversee) ```Experience``` To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines
  • Knowledge of programming and logic controllers
  • Ability to use hand tools for assembly and materials handling
