Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality in the production of parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of programming, quality control, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Program and set up CNC equipment, including logic controllers and CAD software. Utilize SolidWorks for design modifications and improvements as needed. Conduct regular quality control checks using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist with operating press brake machines as required for specific projects. Experience Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred. Proficiency in programming CNC machines and using CAD software is essential. Familiarity with quality control processes and tools, including calipers, is highly desirable. Experience with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
