Are you a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist who takes pride in producing precision parts and solving machining challenges? At Pillar Machine, you'll play a key role in manufacturing components used in industry-leading woodworking machinery. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and seeing the finished results of your craftsmanship, we'd like to meet you. Please submit your resume for consideration. What You'll Do Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes to produce precision-machined parts. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders. Verify dimensions and maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to maximize efficiency and quality. Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet manufacturing schedules. Follow all safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe machining experience. Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes; Haas experience preferred. GibbsCAM programming experience is a plus. Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling, feeds, speeds, and materials. Ability to read blueprints and inspect parts using precision measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
